In addition to installing World-class systems Electric String care passionately about ensuring their ongoing performance is maintained to the highest standards. Electric String have created unique Support Plans to maintain these systems through pro-active & re-active action.
The Plans are standard on all new client installations and are also available for non Electric String installations.
All of the support plans have the following elements included as standard:
- Scheduled maintenance engineer visits, to clean, update software, test systems.
- Non-scheduled service engineer visits, as and when needed by customer usually to fault find problems customer might have with their system or further training required.
- Telephone & email support with a dedicated support team.
In addition to these Electric String recognise that not every system and client are the same so have put together some additional options from which you can create your own bespoke plan.
